louvers and screens

The Rapson Greenbelt, an articulate series of prefab dwellings, is derived from a 1945 design called Case Study #4, which debuted back then as part of Arts & Architecture’s Case Study House Program. Today, the Rapson Greenbelt is part of the modern home portfolio from WIELER, the award-winning providers of custom prefab homes.

Scrapbook~ 02-25-08

Terrace- i like how you can see the split b/w the brick veneer and interior finish... little nook to sit in...etc.

Bathroom.. lit up glass makes it appear more open... but perhaps too much glass? I don't think it is needed at both ends of the tub. Layout seems to work well though.

Raised tub
...steps on one side..allow for extra space to leave towels, bath products...plants even? nice clean shape...blurry pic ;(

"Modernist architect Ralph Rapson has managed this to reinterpret a 60-year old design with the green panache of a 21st century prefab. The Rapson Greenbelt, an articulate series of prefab dwellings, is derived from a 1945 design called Case Study #4, which debuted back then as part of Arts & Architecture’s Case Study House Program. Today, the Rapson Greenbelt is part of the modern home portfolio from WIELER, the award-winning providers of custom prefab homes."
